Downstairs are a double bedroom and twin bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a pretty bathroom with full size bath.
The country style kitchen is very well fitted and has gas hob and oven, automatic washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The dining area next to the kitchen has lovely views over the garden through the large double window.
There is effective, modern heating throughout the pigeonnier making this a peaceful and comfortable retreat all through the year.
Outside there is a south facing patio area and lawns with mature walnut tree, fig tree and grape vine. As this is the last building in the peaceful hamlet there is nothing to get in the way of the lovely view. The lovely pool is not shared except on occasion by the owner. There are wonderful views and it offers a great place to relax and cool down. There is ample garden furniture, parasol and barbeque for your many alfresco meals.
